The Mustard Seed Pups

We are and will continue to record and chart statistics based upon our doodles and the feedback we get from our clients. We send out anonymous and voluntary questionnaires at 6, 12 and 18 months of age. These are our statistics we have compiled thus far;

F1 Goldendoodle at 6 months

100% report some amount of shedding
67% report amount of shedding as light
33% report amount of shedding as medium

57% reported shedding as a young pup
43% reported no shedding as a young pup

All Doodles shed their puppy coat so owners will report shedding at some point.
Even in those that do shed, most owners report a drastic reduction or non-shedding after a year.

We will continue documenting results of our litters at 6, 12 , and 18 months

Of those owners that do have allergies only 1 reported any reaction to their dog and only when it was shedding heavily.

F1 Labradoodle at 6 months

100% reported some amount of shedding
71% reported amount of shedding was light
29% reported medium amount of shedding

57% reported shedding as a young pup
43% reported No shedding as a young pup

Of those owners that do have allergies 100% reported they were NOT affected by their dogs even when they did shed!
